Description:
Cysteine-rich secretory protein family (CAP) is a large family of cysteine-rich secretory proteins, antigen 5, and pathogenesis-related 1 protein. This is an RLK family with an uncommon extracellular domain. The hidden Markov model (HMM) PF00188 was used for the CAP classification.
