RLKdb
Receptor-Like Kinase Database

Developed by Plant Phytophthora Interaction Laboratory

Receptor-like kinases(RLKs) are important protein kinases that widely exist in plants and play key roles in growth, development, and immunity. Herein, we present a plant RLK resource RLKdb containing 18 curated families for ~220,000 RLKs from 300 plant genomes with chromosome-level assembly. In addition, multiple online tools are provied for RLK retrieval, annotation and family classification.
