Description:
The CR-like family contains an extracellular CRINKLY4 (and tumor necrosis factor receptor-like) domain, which is similar to the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) cysteine-rich region. A member of this family, Arabidopsis ACR4, has been shown to be involved in plant development and immunity (Czyzewicz et al., 2016). The hidden Markov model (HMM) PF13540 was used for the CR-like classification.
